In IPDTS Circular 1/2016, the Office of the Prime Minister announced the scheme for public employees to be released to work with voluntary organisations.

Through the scheme, public employees may be released for a maximum of 12 months on a full-time basis. This is based on Government’s commitment towards its social obligations, expressed through its professed support towards Voluntary Organisations.

During the period of release, Public Officers will be entitled to receive the basic salary of their substantive grade.

If you are eligible for the scheme and want to spend 12 months working to improve human rights in Malta, apply now and indicate aditus foundation as your preferred voluntary organisation.

Depending on experience and expertise, the scheme beneficiary could be involved in research, client relations, projects, logistics and admin. Travels for participating in trainings, seminars and conferences is guaranteed.
