In partnership with SOS Malta, we researched, drafted and developed a training manual for intercultural competence at the workplace. The Intercultural Competence Programme, (ICP) was developed in close consultation with academic experts in the area, and is a very straightforward, user-friendly and adaptable tool for entities wishing to assess and improve their offices’ capacities in dealing with cultural differences.
The Training Manual, below, is freely downloadable, as also the 3 video clips we produced as useful exercise tools for trainers. In a spirit of institutional support, the Manual was also shared with the Ministry of Education in order for it to assess its adaptability within the national education framework.
