The Platform of Human Rights Organisations in Malta (PHROM) is Malta’s first and only network/platform gathering all NGOs working on human rights issues.  It provides members with a strong and united voice on areas of concern, having a more effective impact on policy and decision-making.  PHROM also seeks to provide capacity building support, particularly to grassroots and upcoming NGOs, on the advocacy tools and skills needed to undertake target-oriented human rights activities.

PHROM aims to become a national focal point on human rights advocacy, through inter alia, the organisation of nation-wide awareness-raising and educational activities and the publication of Malta’s first ever Annual Human Rights Report.

aditus foundation established PHROM together with 4 other human rights NGOs. Together they are PHROM’s first Executive Committee, with aditus foundation assuming the role of Secretariat.
