You can send this standard letter to the NCPE to renee.laiviera@gov.mt; equality@gov.mt:

Dear Ms. Laiviera,

We ask you to condemn and investigate such hated-filled and misogynistic statements which were published by Mr. Zarb, a public figure and former secretary general of the General Workers’ Union. Women should feel confident and safe that they have the protection and backing of Malta’s main equality body.
They should feel certain that any public figure calling them whores, traitors and assassins simply because they had the audacity to let their voices be heard would be condemned without reservations by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality.
Lastly, perpetrators need to be shown that there will be zero tolerance of this kind of gender-based hatred.

Regards,
